1. Who we are

2. Information, not advice

The app provides general information and analysis tools about shares and funds. It does not provide investment advice or personal recommendations, and it does not take your full financial circumstances, needs or attitude to risk into account.

Match scores, profiles, ratings, plans and projections describe investments using fixed rules and the settings you choose. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
Projections replay past price movements. Past performance is not a reliable guide to future performance. The value of investments can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you invest.
You are responsible for your own investment decisions. If you are unsure whether an investment is suitable for you, speak to a regulated financial adviser.
[Your name or business name] is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not carry on regulated activities.

3. Data

Market data, company figures, analyst information and news come from third-party sources and may be delayed (usually 15 to 20 minutes), incomplete or wrong. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data. Always check prices and details with your broker before trading.

4. Trading 212

The app is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Trading 212. "Trading 212" is a trademark of its owner. If you connect your Trading 212 account, the app only reads your account data using the API key you provide. It cannot place, change or cancel orders, and you should create a read-only key. You can revoke the key in Trading 212 at any time.

5. Your account and plans

Account. You need an account to use the app. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person.
Free plan. Free of charge, with the features listed on the pricing page, including 5 AI research reports a week.
Free trial. New accounts get Pro free for 7 days, with no card needed. When the trial ends the account moves to the Free plan unless you've subscribed.
Pro. £5.99 a month or £49 a year (founding members from the waitlist: £4.99 a month or £39 a year while they stay subscribed), including VAT where it applies. Payment is taken by Stripe. If you subscribe during your trial, the first payment is taken when the trial ends.
Renewal and cancelling. Pro renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Manage subscription; Pro then continues until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds. [Your refund policy, for example: "If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we'll refund it in full."] Under UK law you have 14 days to cancel a digital service, but if you ask for immediate access you lose that right once the service has started [have this wording checked].
Price changes. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.
Closing your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Security; this cancels any subscription straight away. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it, resell its content, or create multiple accounts to get extra free trials or reports.

7. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any investment losses or for decisions made using the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version above. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
